Breakfast was excellent. The croissant was perfect, alongside fresh fruit and a solid selection of meats and cheeses.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still reasonable for what we got.

I was offered a room with nice views at the garden. The personnel was very professional and attentive, doing their best to assist.

Gorgeous hotel, rooms are slightly cold nevertheless the location is perfect to say really everything was OK. The property staff is attentive and reasonably good. The units were beautifully maintained and a nice size with comfortable bed. Thank you for a real good stay.

The breakfast spread impressed me with a delicious variety, including perfect cappuccinos and freshly baked croissants. My room was very clean and spacious, perfect for accommodating my family and toddler. The staff kindly allowed us an early check-in without any cost and provided a room with a double bed. Even after raising the issue at reception, no alternatives were offered. The limited options for dining didn't quite meet my expectations. They felt overpriced, and some moments in the dining area felt crowded. Still, the access to nearby shopping and amenities made up for some inconveniences.

The Wifi need frequent login with passwords. It is really annoying.

The location in a business area was unbeatable and there were different shops and a large supermarket nearby. The room was budget and tidy and faced courtyard.

Location - favourable, right by all 3 airports and a shopping centre and the metro line. Reasonably good and rich breakfast with nice view at the garden and very tasty croissants, as example, pleasant employees.

Location was perfect - adjacent to business location. Hotel decor is unique (fine, just a bit different). Reataurant food was excellent.

The hotel's Japanese-themed room was an immersive experience, decorated with authentic cultural elements. I enjoyed the grill menu deal for just €24 with a delicious steak and unlimited bread rolls. Daily cleaning of my Junior Suite.

The air conditioning in my room was insufficient and it took multiple complaints to get any attention, quite distressing. The location, although convenient, felt isolated from local dining options, leading to dissatisfaction with the available food choices. Despite the staff's efforts, I felt let down by the overall service quality during critical times.
